Four Workshops – Four Saturdays
9:00 to 12:30     – or –     1:00 to 4:30
 
Saturday #1 – Improve Your Listening & Communication
Saturday #2 – Stress Management
Saturday #3 – Anger Management
Saturday #4 – Handle Conflict Effectively
 
 
Start with #1, if possible, and attend one each month
 
Location: A local church.
 
Confidentiality will be observed – participation is voluntary
 
Two trained counselors will present the workshops
 
Who may attend?
  • Couples
  • Single parents
  • Single parent plus a live- in family member, who cares for the kids. (Example: mom and grandma, or dad and college-age daughter at home, etc.)
 
Limit ten families, if possible.
 
Ask your church leader about:
