Many churches from across the country want to partner with Shults-Lewis in helping care for children. These churches budget monthly, quarterly, or yearly amounts to be sent to help fund the work. They invite a representative from Shults-Lewis to speak and update their congregation on the mission work at the home.

Monthly support from churches as well as individuals is vital to our continued existence.

Other ways churches can help:

  1. Designate all the change in the collection plate each week to go to Shults-Lewis.
  2. Participate in the Commodity Program.
  3. Participate in the Milk/Meat Fund.
  4. Assign someone or a family to be the Shults-Lewis contact person/family to keep the congregation informed of events happening at Shults-Lewis and to encourage the congregation in their support of Shults-Lewis.

Congregations may participate in the Change Can Program for individuals, Bible School classes, groups etc.  This program typically has a start and end date yearly. Contact us if you'd like more information on how you can participate in this program. Click on the picture to the left to learn more.

Some congregations collect change each Lord's Day and dedicate those coins to the work at Shults-Lewis.

Another way you can help is to collect CAMPBELL'S brand product labels.  Many thousands of these have been sent to us over the years providing needed  supplies for our school. Remember, you must have the UPC code on the label when you send it to us.

Recently a VBS in Bourbounnais IL collected over $650.00 in quarters for Shults-Lewis.

Very often, groups drop by our campus with food they have collected.  They get a chance to see first hand a little of what Shults-Lewis is all about.  The picture to the left is Rob Salley with a group from Pittsfield IL that collected dozens of boxes of cereal for the children.
